Trail Difficulty: Moderate
Maximum Participants: 11
Directions: Meet at the RMNP Visitor Center parking lot east of the RMNP Beaver Meadows entrance station on U.S. 36.
This is a WEDNESDAY trip to avoid congestion in the park. We plan to consolidate to 3 cars. You need a
National Parks pass or plan to ride with someone who does have one. We will make several stops with fairly
easy walking, but at altitude. Possible birds are Mountain Bluebirds, Golden-Crowned Kinglet, Lincoln's
Sparrow, woodpeckers, including Williamson's Sapsucker, and flycatchers. Bring water, snack, raincoat and
lunch. Register online or contact leader.
