Description

Calling all bird lovers! — Break out those binoculars and join Bluff Lake Volunteer Naturalists and expert birders as they guide you through the trails at Bluff Lake in search of avian adventures. These walks are FREE! More bird species have been identified at Bluff Lake than any other natural area in Denver County — over 165 and counting.

Join us on the first Saturday of every month, all year long,

Red-winged blackbird

Don’t miss your chance to learn from an expert! No experience is necessary. Bring binoculars and a bird field guide if you have them. If you don’t have the equipment, we have plenty to share. Be sure to dress for the weather! Meet by the brown building in the parking lot.

Over 165 species have been identified at Bluff Lake, and every week brings another opportunity to add more to the list!
